64 Players. 16 Teams. One Point at a Time.
NYC tennis communities collide in a 64-player, one-point knockout tournament. Every player competes for themselves — and for their team.
One point decides every match. Sixty-four players enter a singles knockout draw. Serve starts the point. Win the point, advance. Lose it, you're out.
But players aren't only competing for themselves. Each player represents one of 16 NYC tennis communities. Every round they advance earns points toward their team's total — so even after one teammate gets knocked out, the rest of the squad still has something to play for.
At the end of the night we'll crown both an individual 1 Point Slam Champion and the NYC Team Champions.

The individual draw is only half the competition. Every player represents one of 16 NYC tennis communities — the farther you advance, the more points you bring back to your team.
At the end of the tournament, the team with the highest overall score becomes the NYC Team Champion.
After the final point, we're heading to the Clubhouse. Join players and supporters for the official NYC 1 Point Slam afterparty, presented by Fielding.
Fielding celebrates NYC tennis culture with Capsule 02: The Open, launching during the NYC 1 Point Slam afterparty.
